Meet the Team

Joseph Gaudino is a co-founder of the company and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. As president he contributes 100% of his time to the company. He has been in the benefits enrollment business since 1984.

Mike Sheridan is an established leader in the insurance and employee benefits field, with more than 40 years of industry experience. Mike founded Fringe Benefits Management Company, a highly successful tax-advantaged benefits administrator. FBMC is a major client of Worksite Communications.

Cathy Freesmeier has worked in the employee benefits field for 20 years, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of our benefit counselor database and enrollment implementation systems.

Responsible for assessing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the various aspects of Worksite Communications processes with regards to operations, training and quality assurance. Mr. Sheridan is the founder of the Interactive Reality Based Training Model (IRBT).

Ric DiStefano has managed the scheduling and staffing of our enrollments for over 10 years. Ric is responsible for all field supervisory staff and field office management.

Diana Matheson is in charge of the national coordination and implementation of cases. Diana has been in the employee benefits business for over 16 years.

Maria Hinson has worked in the employee benefits field for nine years. She coordinates the planning and implementation of cases and also is our Marketing Manager

Scott Reynolds manages our call center and is primarily responsible for group benefit enrollments. He has earned the Certified Enrollment Specialist (CES) designation, and has over 10 years of experience in the worksite industry.
