At Worksite Communications we have developed several software programs to enhance the efficiency of our business operations. We have three main software suites that all communicate with each other to help set up, implement, track, and execute an enrollment. They also possess specialized features catered to the specific services we offer.

The Online Scheduler is the public interface that employees use to schedule an appointment for an enrollment session. Employees are directed to a customized landing page through communication campaigns. This landing page can be customized to include announcements or information concerning new initiatives from the employer. Often times over 90% of the employee population visits this landing page and it becomes a crucial channel for communication.

The Online Scheduler is supported by our back end Schedule Builder. The Schedule Builder is where the schedule is actually created and mapped out behind the scenes. It allows us to create enrollment days and map these enrollment days to actual locations and enrollers. The real beauty of this system is its flexibility. The Schedule Builder allows us to deal with complex time and geographic situations. We can easily make adjustments to an enrollment schedule to meet the needs of a fast paced work environment. We constantly conduct enrollments that may traverse an entire state, or be composed of locations scattered across the country.

The DailyLog Program

Our DailyLog program is the actual enrollment software that is loaded on to each enroller’s laptop. It captures and logs the enrollment session as well as any elections that may be made. Before the start of each enrollment, the DailyLog is configured with all of the enrollment information, products, employees, and dependents specific to that case. By pre-loading all of the information the DailyLog offers a more streamlined enrollment session that allows for more time to be spent educating rather than capturing procedural data. At the end of each enrollment day, the DailyLog uploads all of the enrollment data from its encrypted files onto a secure server. The data is then immediately available for access through the Administrative Portal where custom reports are automatically generated.

Administrative Portal

The Administrative Portal allows for our clients to log-in into our website and access live time data related to their enrollment cases. They have access to schedule and production information, as well as custom reporting. Whether you’re a broker, employer, or a carrier, you have direct access to all of the information that you need to effectively manage your project.

While clients are only granted access to their cases, management at Worksite Communications can use the Administrative Portal to control every aspect of a case. They can make changes to the schedule, or change configuration information for the DailyLog. This tool allows us to be agile and respond quickly to the demands of an enrollment. The Administrative Portal hooks into all of our essential software assets allowing us to effectively manage their data.
