Mr. Griffin provides leadership by directing the firm’s vision as well as business development and growth strategies. In January of 1997, Mr. Griffin founded a national enrollment firm that quickly became an industry leader with clients in all 50 states. Twenty-two years later, Steven sold his firm to Gallagher. Mr. Griffin is considered an industry expert in the benefits communication and enrollment field and is a member of National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU), Top of the Table, the Million Dollar Round Table and Southern 7 Chapter of Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Marc coordinates the activities of the organization in collaboration with the firm’s management team. He provides strategic support in order to help execute the organization’s strategy and ensures the achievement of short – and long-range goals for services, resource allocation, financial performance, risk management and effective and efficient operations.

With an extensive background in management, leadership training and business development, our enrollment consultants are available to develop benefits enrollment strategies. Brokers, producers and Voluntary Benefits Specialists collaborate with our consulting team in developing the scope of services and strategy during the onboarding process for new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Area Vice President of Field Operations
Ric is responsible for overseeing and managing of the day to day field operations activity for all enrollments and directly manages his supervisory and Benefit Counselor teams. Ric manages enrollments for clients in various industries from school districts, hospitals, state and municipality employees and many companies in the private sector. Ric has 18 years of experience in the employee benefits and insurance field.
Area Vice President of Administrative Services
Cathy is responsible for the administrative operations for the Tallahassee Branch home office, as well as the maintenance and operation of our enrollment implementation systems. Cathy has worked in the employee benefits field for more than 20 years.
National Implementation Manager
With Gallagher Enrollment Solutions since 2001, Maria is responsible for coordinating the enrollment implementation process for GES's clients. She effectively leads the project planning process to ensure that assigned tasks are completed in a timely matter for a successful case launch.
National Project Manager
Diana is in charge of the national coordination and implementation of cases. Diana has been in the employee benefits business for more than 17 years.
Tara is responsible for screening and selecting the most qualified Benefit Counselors who meet the company's high standards for professionalism and industry knowledge. She began working with the company in 2009 as a Benefits Counselor and was quickly promoted to Supervisor and Case Management positions. She is an FSU graduate with a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
Senior Web Developer
Derek programs the web applications that drive our enrollments. His additional responsibilities include systems management, data analysis, and technical support.
